From the Universal Declaration
of Linguistic Rights:
Article 8
1. All linguistic communities have the right to organize and manage their resources in order to guarantee the use of their language for all social functions. - 2. All linguistic communities have the right to use the necessary means in order to guarantee the language transmission and perpetuity
Article 9
Each community has the right to encode,standardize, preserve and promote its linguistic system, without induced or forced interferences.
